Who you're buying from
Mica is made by Alistair Holt Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, number 17009397. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Direct purchases are sold by Stripe, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and invoices. Checkout and receipts show the name Onelink, and your statement shows LINK.COM. App Store purchases are sold by Apple.
What you get
A 14-day trial with every feature, then a one-time purchase of Mica for your own use on your Macs. There's no subscription. Updates are included for the current major version.
Your notes
Your notes are yours. They're plain Markdown files on your Mac, and you're responsible for keeping backups of anything that matters to you.
What you can't do
Don't resell, redistribute or reverse engineer Mica, or use it to break the law.
Our responsibility
Mica is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
